Well today when i opened the rice cooker to have my dinner it reminded me of work cause i cook the rice to make sushi which reminds me of work people, apparently i “can be a housewife alr”.

I’m so proud of myself today, finished most of my three assignments. Big accomplishment.

I miss people. Sounds cliche yes, but it’s true.

I’m so stressed, it’s only third day of school! (for me at least). I feel so destroyed and ruined. It’s just very weird and all. Having to wake up at seven (had breakfast), reach school by nine, go through three hours of lesson (which was quite fun), then comes three hours break (which i had lunch and did some work), then three hours of lessons (Nearly fell asleep, gastric after class), 6pm go home. Rush hour. Packed bus. Reached home, dinner waiting, too tired, shower first. Sleep first. Goal: wake up one hour later. Reality: woke up two hours later. Had dinner at ten pm. Rushing homework now. Maybe i am to be blamed since i have tuesday and wednesday to do two ex, only did one.

Now im so very tired i only finished half of the second ex. This particular ex is so difficult to do, having six different eras, find posters etc. Typography isnt as fun as i thought it would be.

Then my msn cant stop having problems so i give up. Im not going to sign in unless i hve something important to ask/tell someone. First thing i would do is fb chat, msn will become the alternative. I bet my msn irritated other people too. The thing is when i disconnect and connect back in, everyone will start popping up and cover half of my entire screen. Hard to explain.

So, i dont have exams doesnt mean im any better off. You think we have time to sleep, think again. We cant even find the right time to eat. Cant wait to sleep you know. Back to De Stijl.

Kick sand

i’m quite very happy today, except for my stomachache and wanting to vomit which i hate, everything else was pretty good. Grace Siqi and I borrowed a total of 15 albums today, siqi is just helping haha, means 15 albums added to my itunes library, how stoked. Cant believe they actually have some indie like Kimya Dawson and Yeah yeah yeahs. Oh well, good for us.

Director’s comm session today, afternoon class was cancelled. Tmr onwards class starts at nine end at six, three hours break in between. Quite depressing. Typography class is interesting. And demanding at times. So after school, met up with siqi, we had lunch at mos. Talked a little etc. Time to sleep now. Breakfast at seven. My throat ulcers are getting worse, reconsidering the choice of eating the crispy thing they add to vegetarian food. But it’s so tempting.

Ok, if you havent already know, polaroids are making a comeback. It’s quite complicated i dont understand who will be manufacturing what but the original polaroid company is giving in. There will also probably be a digital form one. Idk how it works and all, as in the “comeback”, but it promised mid 2010. Here’s to hoping it works.

Mannequin

I had a trip to the Night Safari on Saturday night, we had free passes. The experience, also my virgin experience to the night safari, is pretty cool, it’s like seeing the zoo in a different light, literally and not. It’s quite hard to spot the animals though and the lions were sleeping and the giraffes were sitting. Yeah, sitting. Never thought i would see that too. We went to all the trials including the halloween one. Honestly i was scared, with people like my niece and my aunt around me i feel much better. hahaha. Thought i saw familiar faces, people from design school.

Went back to amk for supper and cabbed to my aunt’s place and stayover. Sunday met up with serene for lunch, but i alr had lunch at my aunt’s place, white wine sauce spagetti. We talked, and i went back to workplace a while and went home.

Vin tage crop

Remember i said i will show you something cool, this is it. The jacket. It looks like a cropped jacket doesnt it. I hadthis jacket since i was very very young so one fine day i decided to try it on and it still fits! I just think it’s very cool even if you dont think so. hahaha

Night safari tonight, so exciting. There’s actually also a halloween event. Might be meeting serene tmr for lunch, might visit workplace tmr. Since i will be staying over at my aunt’s place tonight, it will be quite near. I wished holidays were a little longer. It doesnt feel like one month passed alr. And seriously my timetable is kind of what im not looking forward to. OH btw, i think i didnt change class, i dont know why but aparently we are still in the same class, i hope! It would make presentations much more comfortable.

It might be dumb to say this but it’s the first time i tried gobstoppers (always eat other wonka sweets instead) and i quite like it. \m/ kind of want muji marshmellows now. Strawberry wins lemon btw.

Grow old

So in total, i bought 4 things today, quite happy hahaha. Might be meeting sy tmr. So i met Grace today, we went shopping and everything and i even treated her popeyes, i dont know what was wrong with me! (ha but really i did because since i worked so yep)

Timetable came out today. The horror of 9-12nn and 3-6pm, times two! Horror x2. Any idea how packed is 6pm rush hour. Especially bus 93. Horrifying. And there’s 8 subjects to be completed. Thought i would be able to learn some italian, got my second choice creative writing which i might need to majorly depend on Grace. Since we got into the same class too haha. And there’s three months i have to go to school at nine DAnnnggggg. First sem timetable ftw!

Turns out we might not be changing class (a rumor), we’ll see on first day then.

Ok, time to sleep. Have to stop sleeping at two, im exhausted.

Im so excited, im meeting Grace. Anyway, yes i wanted to post some pictures. My Grandmother is on a wheelchair, but she does amazing stuffs. All the laundry, cooking, showering by herself, packing, vacuuming, mopping, and even gardening! Oh i do have quite a nice big “garden” right at the corridor outside my house. So my point is, there was this plant, a kind of cactus, which hardly has flowers blooming, after many dead plants and never giving up (Like a compo), SHE DID IT the flower’s really worth the wait, very very very much like a starfish. The photos i took were only like the very early stage when it just opened. The final one which i didnt take was that it totally, like a starfish, seemed to stuck itself to the pot. You shuold have seen it, you have not lived man.

I’m kidding but it’s one of the prettiest flowers i’ve ever seen, even from a cactus!

And i took some other flowers too, there were many more though, that i didnt take.

By the way, show you something really cool when i get back home tonight. I feel so happy hahaha. And go listen to kiss a girl. I had like a concert yesterday night in my room. As in, not me, but like watching a concert in my room. Happy times.

So, back to happy times, i must live well these few remaining days of a well deserved holidays. Btw, got my gpa sometime ago, love it. It wasnt all damn good or anywhere near 4, but i am happy. And i have a C+ for drawing essentials. Grace and i were saying “what were we thinking, fancy choosing a design course when we know we cant draw.” I cant draw, seriously. Drawing and doodling is two different things. Alright, am waiting for Grace’s text. Mayve eating popeyes today. ANyone want to have a picnic?

Who’d have known.

I just had cereal for supper. My work has ended today, you know, i cant wait to wake up in the afternoon. And also cant wait to go shopping I cant wait for pay day. I miss the work people already. They were really nice and everything, having lunches and laughing at funny things that sparked off all of a sudden like someone slapping someone today. Then days back, some shoutings, Days back, nerf gun in storeroom. Days back, lunches with serene. Work and people are pretty complicated matters. Oh yes, iw as sort of known as the girl who cooked rice in the pantry. Because of what i sell and demo. Made many new friends, young and old

Actually im not really in the mood to blog. I was but now now anymore. I met shiying yesterday after my work and we watched 500 days of summer. I think the middle was the best part, not the ending. I liked the movie actually. And both the actors were so beautiful. Especially Zoeey Deschanel. We had dinner at astons, went for movie late, i was eating a little too slow. Then after the movie, 11pm. We were in dhoby. Kept talking about the past, and we loved that night. So we actually walked all the way to orchard and luckily for us we caught the last train and last second bus. Nice times spent.
